An Aging Life Care Professional is educated and experienced in several fields related to Aging Life Care management, including, but not limited to counseling, gerontology, mental health, nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychology, or social work; with a specialized focus on issues related to aging and eldercare.

CEO / President / Co-Founder | RN, BSN, LNC, CPPN

Tracy holds a professional registered nursing license in both Indiana and Kentucky. She serves as President of Peggy’s Place Adult Life Center, and is a Board Member of the Indiana Association of Adult Services, as well as, an active member of the National Adult Day Services Association.

Ginger Jones

CSO / Co-Founder | RN, CNLCP, CCM

Ginger co-founded Diversified Nurse Consultants, and initiated a solution that we call comprehensive care management. We are humbled and grateful to have served thousands of clients and caregivers in multiple geographic locations thus far. It is an honor to lift others when they need it most.
